Students already enjoy playing Drawize - Draw and Guess, and often play it with friends in school.
Since drawing and doodling are some of the rare activities proven to boost memory and improve focus (read more) we are really glad our game can help make kids interested in drawing.
But we think we can do even more, so our idea is to make a specialized version for learning, called Draw and Guess Classroom. It is specifically designed to be used in the classroom, and give the teacher a powerful tool that can help to reinforce what is learned in the class
Students are more likely to remember what is learned if they actively participate in the class, and playing a game is a great way to make them actively involved.
The Classroom version can be used for different subjects, including foreign languages and vocabulary practicing, and some teachers already have good experiences using a Pictionary style game in the classroom.
This digital version offers some advantages to classic pen and paper approach, including automatic assignment of students to groups, the teacher overseeing all drawings in real-time, easier distribution of drawing topics, rank lists...
The Classroom version features Dashboard designed for the teacher where she can assign students to groups, define which words will be used in the game session, how many games will be played, define the game duration...
Draw and Guess Classroom is billed per class per school year.
Subscription includes unlimited games, unlimited custom word lists, teacher's dashboard, full history, statistics and a completely ad free experience.
The public release is planned for late November, but here you can apply for early access.
Early birds will have the ability to help us shape Draw and Guess Classroom edition, and in return will be rewarded with a completely free use of the solution for the first year
