Drawize XP-PEN Promotion is organized by Lomboos (publisher of the Drawize game) and XP-PEN (graphics tablet producer). It is designed to promote Deco Fun graphics tablet series - a new product series from XP-PEN.
Players will be rewarded in two categories each week during the Promotion: 3 best players playing in Public Rooms and one best player in Daily Challenge; the total is 12 prizes during the Promotion Period (4 prizes weekly, during three weeks). Winners are determined by their position on Drawize leaderboards.
Drawize XP-PEN Promotion ("Promotion") is open to all Drawize players, except those located in countries or territories XP-PEN can not reach, which includes: South America, Middle East, Africa, and India. Trustees, Employees, interns, or partners of Lomboos ("Publisher") and XP-PEN ("Sponsor"), as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of those employees, are not eligible to enter.
Players must voluntarily enter the Promotion by entering their email and confirming they have read and agree to the Promotion rules through the Drawize game WEB interface.
The Promotion starts on May 10, 2021, and lasts until May 30, 2021.
Publisher reserves the right to reject any entry if, in Lomboos's sole discretion, the laws of an applicable jurisdiction, including but not limited to the entrant's jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry, would prohibit or limit Lomboos from proceeding with the Contest as intended or the consideration or awarding of any Prize would impose additional administrative, tax, operational, or legal burdens on Lomboos. Furthermore, individuals residing in any "Excluded Jurisdiction" are ineligible to enter the Contest. Excluded Jurisdiction means any country listed on the US Treasury Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) Active Sanctions Programs list: https://sanctionssearch.ofac.treas.gov/.
Drawize XP-PEN Promotion is sponsored by XP-PEN ("Sponsor").
The Contest begins at 00:00 AM PDT on May 10, 2021, and ends at 23:59 PM PDT on May 30, 2021.
Users who compete in the Daily Challenge should submit their drawing for the word that is selected as Daily Challenge for a particular day.
All drawings must be made and submitted through the game interface, drawings made with other software will not be accepted.

Publisher shall determine entry eligibility in its sole and absolute discretion - all ineligible submissions will be removed from the competition.
Users earn points by playing in Public Rooms. All points earned during the week will determine the rank list.
Publisher may, in its sole and absolute discretion, disqualify any participant if he is enrolled in any activity targeted at results manipulation.

Each week during Promotion (3 weeks in total) 4 winners will be selected as follows:
One user can win only one reward during the whole Promotion - users who won an award are automatically disqualified from further competition. If the same user, in the same week, qualifies for the reward in both categories, she will be rewarded the reward of higher value from the two rewards he is qualified for. The second reward she was qualified for will be rewarded to the following user in the list.
Winners will be announced on Drawize Facebook Page and contacted via email.
Award winners will receive prizes as defined above in the "Winner Selection".
The Publisher is responsible to collect shipping info from the Winners, and to forward this info to the Sponsor. Winners grant the rights to the Publisher to share their data with the Sponsor. The Sponsor is responsible for shipping the prize to the Winners.
To the maximum extent permissible by law, all winners are responsible for paying any taxes and any and all other costs and expenses associated with claiming the awards, including but not limited to customs fees, taxes, and any additional administrative costs, if applicable. If the prize value equals or exceeds $600, prior to the award of any prize the winner will need to complete, sign and return an IRS W-9 form and/or any applicable tax forms for awarding the prize in the winner's jurisdiction. Any prize details not specified above will be determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. A prize may not be transferred and must be accepted as awarded. A winner may not request cash or a substitute prize.
If winners are located in territories unreachable by the Sponsor, alternative winners will be selected (determined by their position on the rank list). In such cases, original winners (players placed in positions 1-3 for Public Rooms competition, and position 1 on Daily Challenge competition), will receive 1 year of Drawize PRO subscription for FREE.
Except where prohibited, a potential winner may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, including proof of age and liability/publicity release within 10 calendar days. If a potential winner fails to return these documents on time, an alternate potential winner may be selected in his/her place.
In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Contest is impaired in any way, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either: (a) suspend the Contest to address the impairment and then resume the Contest; or (b) award the prize(s) from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify and seek damages from any individual who tampers with the operation of the Contest, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Proof of sending any communication to Sponsor by mail shall not be deemed proof of receipt of that communication by Sponsor. In the event of a dispute as to the owner of an online entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the owner. The Contest is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and Publihser, their respective parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Contest; (b) technical errors; (c) printing errors; (d) late or undelivered mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Contest; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property. You waive the right to claim any attorneys' fees and any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.
Except where prohibited, you consent to Publisher's and Sponsor's use of your name in any list of winners (if applicable) and/or for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
You agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Croatia. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, your rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of Sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Croatia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of Virginia or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Croatia.
